MANAGER - CONTENT

GENERAL PURPOSE

This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and translate ideas into actionable plans. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working across teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORTIES:

• Lead the creation and management of content across all channels—digital, print, and offline—ensuring it speaks to the brand’s purpose and audience.
• Develop clear, impactful messaging for campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and enhance the brand equity.
• Own the end-to-end creation of newsletter, making it engaging, purposeful, and reflective of the brand’s voice.
• Write and design presentations and reports that are visually compelling and easy to understand for all stakeholders.
• Work with various departments to ensure content aligns with larger strategies and audience needs.
• Keep the brand ahead by experimenting with fresh ideas, content formats, and trends that resonate widely.

Qualification: Graduation, preferably MBA / Media Sciences / Equivalent

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience

Training/Courses: (preferable): Relevant courses / programs

Age Requirement: Min. 22 years
