PAKISTAN’S PRIDE SHINES BRIGHT IN BAHRAIN’S EMERGENCY DISPATCH HALL OF FAME

In a moment of immense pride for Pakistan, Rooshan Laghari, a young emergency dispatcher from Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services (SIEHS-1122), has been awarded the prestigious title of Emergency Medical Dispatcher of the Year at the Middle East Navigator 2025. Hailing from Sindh, Rooshan earned this honor for her extraordinary composure and expertise during a critical emergency call, guiding a family through the safe delivery of a baby over the phone. Her calm demeanor and step-by-step instructions turned a potentially life-threatening situation into a beautiful story of resilience and hope, saving both mother and child.

This milestone coincides with SIEHS achieving global recognition as Pakistan’s only Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) in Emergency Medical Dispatch—a monumental feat that speaks volumes about the organization’s dedication to world-class pre-hospital care.

These back-to-back triumphs underscore SIEHS’s mission to redefine emergency healthcare in Pakistan, proving that innovation, compassion, and professionalism can save lives and inspire nations. From serving communities in Sindh to earning accolades on international platforms, SIEHS is setting a gold standard in emergency services, one life-changing call at a time.
