GENERAL PURPOSE:
S/he would be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems. Conduct ambulance inspection or performed ride along activities to identify gaps and improve quality of services provided as well as compliance with established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
S/he is also responsible for assisting in internal audits, maintenance of ISO documents, records keeping (soft and hard), controlling documents.

Qualification: BSc in Nursing/Diploma in Nursing/LHV
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in clinical setting e.g. ICU, CCU or NICU or infection prevention & control. / experience in ambulance operations (PM,EMT-A & EMT) Experience in Quality Assurance will be preferable.
Training/Courses: Written/Verbal Communication Skills, Computer Skills esp. Microsoft Office Diploma/Certification in the Quality Management or related fields is preferable.
