ANALYST - MONITORING, EVALUATION, ACCOUNTABILITY & LEARNING (DATA & REPORTING) - KARACHI

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing data systems, ensuring data accuracy, and generating insightful reports to support decision-making. The role involves analyzing trends, maintaining databases, and preparing detailed reports to improve program performance and accountability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORTIES:

• Collect, organize, and maintain datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and manage databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Regularly update datasets to reflect the latest information.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible and actionable format.
• Conduct statistical and comparative analysis to evaluate program performance.

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and concise reports on program performance, compliance, and outcomes.
• Generate periodic reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly summaries, as required by management.
• Ensure reports align with organizational standards and provide actionable recommendations.

• Work closely with program teams to gather data and understand reporting requirements.
• Present findings and insights to management and stakeholders effectively.
• Support teams in interpreting and utilizing data for program improvement.

• Ensure all data management and reporting processes comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and organizational policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis for audit and reference purposes.

• Identify gaps in data management and reporting systems and propose solutions for improvement.
• Automate routine reporting tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Data Science/or a related field

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data management and reporting roles.

Training/Courses/Skills (preferable):  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
