Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with standards of corporate governance and reduce compliance risk of organization. Act as a legal and compliance guide for the organization and ensure timely and accurate reporting of organization’s procedures and developments. Responsible for fulfilling company secretarial role for the organization.

Reporting Relationship: Board of Directors, SIEHS
Qualification: Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) and Chartered Accountant, preference will be given to a masters degree in business administration or commerce from a recognized university.
Certification: Company Secretary Certification from PICG
Experience: minimum 5 years in Public sector or Development Sector
Age: minimum 32 years
