Manager Fleet (Head Office - Karachi)

GENERAL PURPOSE:

To manage the SIEHS Fleet, create inhouse workshops, and ensure emergency medical services vehicle are on road. To provide quality services to SIEHS ambulance fleet and corporate fleet.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

  • Develop software for managing of Fleet, 450+ vehicles
  • Provide inhouse solution for maintenance of ambulances and corporate fleet, especially Toyota Hiace, and Toyota Hilux models. 
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all Ambulance vehicles (Suzuki & Toyota Hiace) or any other manufacturers as and when required.
  • Track and manage the organization’s fleet assets, including vehicles, Bio Medical Equipment, and related resources.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing ambulance operations.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Implement safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and promote a safe working environment.
  • Regulate the amount of parts inventory in Department carries at any given time.
  • Maintains all the department-activity records, this includes all transactions, all financial records and the company budget.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators, such as vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel consumption.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

Reporting Line and Location:

This position reports directly to the HOD Administration & Security Wing of the organization and is based at the Fleet Workshop at Karachi.

Qualification: B.E (Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering) / B-Tech preferably with Management qualifications (MBA)

Experience:  Minimum 5 -7 years of workshop management in Automotive/Manufacturing Industry, lead team of 3 – 10 individuals

Age: Min 30 years
