Analyst - Monitoring & Evaluation (Karachi / Hyderabad)

GENERAL PURPOSE:

This role involves overseeing and organizing activities within a quality system to meet quality standards in Command & Control Centre and TeleTabeeb. The responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating the performance of Command & Control Centre and TeleTabeeb.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES FOR COMMAND & CONTROL CENTRE:

  • Conducts random and special case reviews to measure protocol compliance.
  • Supports employees to implement on-the-job best public safety practices in responding to and handling emergency calls applying the International Academies of Emergency Medical Priority Systems protocols and agency policies and procedures.
  • Provides benchmark assessments to inform EMDS of their standing regarding A.C.E. Accreditation.
  • Conduct internal test to measure and assure adherence to established ProQA/ MPDS and communication standards.
  • Provide support in developmental plan, its application, integration, and information system performance, and corresponding documentation.
  • Conduct floor inspections according to the planner and requirements.
  • Execute targeted activities as needed.
  • Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.
  • Make recommendations for improvement of quality to supervisors and Management of CCC.
  • Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
  • Timely communicate learning progress, results, and other relevant information to supervisor and management.
  • Assist in the development of change control processes, practices, and guidelines for new and existing staff.
  • Ability to provide coaching and feedback to personnel on case reviews and quality improvement reports.
  • Complete protocol case review and quality improvement (QI) reports for the department.
  • Knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data.
  • Training’s conduction in which Medical Priority Dispatch System, Basic Communication, Wireless Communication Policy & Procedures are included.
  • Conduction of CDEs/ CMEs and internal trainings as per the need.
  • Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses for individuals CCC-SRMS.
  • Make recommendations to modify training content or methodology to improve effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedure in order to direct and control operations and provide personnel with guidelines for appropriate conduct.
  • Educate the CCC staff regarding the new changes in policies/ procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES FOR Tele Tabeeb:

  • Conduct floor inspections according to the planner and requirements
  • Monitoring and evaluation of HAIOs, and share reports with the line manager
  • Execute targeted activities as needed
  • Any other task assigned by the Line manager.
